4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@setartradeco.com. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged product at no additional cost to you. Please provide us with photos of the damage or defect for verification.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Promotional Items
Items purchased with a promotional discount or sale price are eligible for return as long as they meet the return conditions. However, any promotional discounts applied may not be refunded, depending on the circumstances.
9. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items, as long as the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
10. International Returns
For international customers, the return process may vary depending on the country. Please contact us at service@setartradeco.com for detailed instructions on returning items from outside the United States. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
