Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. You can track your package on the courier’s website for updates on your delivery status.
5. Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (Flat Shipping) typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive within the United States, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide the correct address, and note that deliveries to these locations may take longer than standard shipping times.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our service areas in the future.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Setartradeco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly for further assistance.
